All Day Friday setup & Wedding Rehearsal (9:00AM – 7PM).
(Optional Rental: Rehearsal Dinner in The Barn can be added for 
additional $750)

All day Saturday setup, Wedding & Reception (9:00AM – 10PM) 
All guests must vacate the property by 11PM. Use of the bridal cottage and Groom’s Quarters for day-of wedding is included.
(Optional Rental: Overnight stay in Bridal Cottage for additional 
$250 per night)

Access to the property Sunday for additional breakdown/cleanup 
(9:00AM – 1PM) All cleanup must be completed by 1PM and all personal property of the Renter(s) must be removed.

No. The Venue at Hidden Lake is a smoke-free, tobacco-free, e-cigarette free venue & property. We have lush forestry, private residences & a very old barn.

Is smoking allowed?

The Venue at Hidden Lake does allow clients to bring in outside caterers at no additional charge. All caterers must be licensed and insured, and approved by The Venue Mgmt. An on-site meeting with the events manager and caterer is preferred approximately 30 days prior to the date of the event. Caterer must provide COI prior to event.

Can I bring in my own caterer?

Yes! The Venue at Hidden Lake requires the Renter to hire a TIPS certified bartender to serve any and all alcohol at the event. Caterer and/or Bartender hired by the Renter, will assume responsibility of alcohol service. No alcohol is permitted outside of bartender contracted hours or without bartender being present.

You are not required to hire an outside professional event planner (although this is always encouraged). However, if a professional planner is not retained, we DO require that you book with our Day-Of-Coordinator to facilitate a successful event. More details of this service can be discussed in person, additional fee $750 and absolutely worth it!

Our In-House Day-of-Coordinator is required for an additional fee of $750 if a Wedding Planner is not retained by the wedding party. This is to assist with a successful and stress-free event. Her services include:

• Creating a timeline of your day.   
• Meeting with you at least twice. Once about 6 weeks and again 2 weeks before your wedding to discuss final details.       
• Coordinating your on-site rehearsal, ceremony & reception.  
• Communicating with your vendors to alleviate any additional stressors on your big day.
